About Me |

My name is Anna Marie Martin, CEO and founder of
Time Saver HQ.
I provide Virtual Assistance from my fully
equipped office. I also offer on-site
visits and notary services for current clients within the Anchorage
area. During my 16 years experience, I have
worked with top notch executives who have taught
me valuable skills that will benefit nearly any
business setting. I have gone through two
10-year background checks as a condition of
employment at a casino and a government software
company, so I understand the value and need for
confidentiality.
I have a vision for organizing office
space, organizing administrative support
staff, streamlining business processes
(analysis)
and unifying business identities
(via business correspondence,
promotional items and marketing materials). I
have often been described as the person to bring
a project to when you want it done thoroughly,
on time and with minimal supervision.....AKA
"Make it Happen".
