My name is Anna Marie Martin, CEO and founder of
Time Saver HQ
.    I provide Virtual Assistance from my fully equipped office.  I also offer on-site visits and notary services for current clients within the Anchorage area. During my 16 years experience, I have worked with top notch executives who have taught me valuable skills that will benefit nearly any business setting. I have gone through two 10-year background checks as a condition of employment at a casino and a government software company, so I understand the value and need for confidentiality.

I have a vision for organizing office space, organizing administrative support staff, streamlining business processes (analysis) and unifying business identities (via business correspondence, promotional items and marketing materials).  I have often been described as the person to bring a project to when you want it done thoroughly, on time and with minimal supervision.....AKA "Make it Happen".

Mission Statement

My Mission for TimeSaverHQ is to furnish professional project management services, by Optimizing Your Workflow, so you can save money while discovering more time to do the work you really enjoy.

I obtained my Administrative Computer Skills Diploma in 1992 through Computer Skills Training in Anchorage, Alaska
